The Land Connection is a group I learned about during my season working a farmer's market.

The ICNC is a group which bears consideration in the context of potential industrial symbiotes; I think Libby at Waste to Profit pointed me in this direction.

This market is where I had intended to sell the mushrooms from Columbia. CIP - Chicago International Produce Market is NOT to be confused with CIP fluids or cleaning in process fluids from brewers, discussed elsewhere in the site.
