A reference for hallucinogenic mushrooms - again, please do not contact me regarding hallucinogenic mushrooms -- I don't have any for you.
It does occur to me, however, to mention that some of the more industrious, practical properties of psylocibe species are that they are hardy and some can even hyper-accumulate heavy metals and other toxins. This makes them potentially very useful on one hand (mine reclamation, for example), and serves as a word of caution for those recreational users who do not know for certain the origin of their mushrooms.

As Paul Stamets indicates on his site, I have no further resources along these lines, so please do not contact me soliciting spawn, mycelium, or fruiting bodies, which I understand are illegal to possess in the US, per the content of this site, which also addresses the legal aspects in more detail. Interesting that Red Bull imports are regulated by some countries...
